    Can you deliver the Chromebook to my home?
    The device can be shipped to students' residential addresses with an additional transportation cost and wholesaler labeling cost. They should inquire about shipping conditions.
    I don't trust online purchases and I don't want to enter my data.

    Our entire system has the necessary security certificates, and your data will be protected and not used for other commercial purposes, only to support this purchase. If you are unable to make the purchase online, you should contact us via email at soporte@tiendasolutia.com and indicate your situation. We will inform you of the possibility of payment via bank transfer, separate from the online store website.

    What happens if my financing application is rejected?
    In this case, you must choose the single payment option or try another card. We do not have access to the reasons for the rejection. CETELEM informs the customer directly whether the financing has been approved or rejected (indicating that they cannot process the request). Therefore, the granting of financing depends on the financial institution, not on SOLUTIA store.
    What if I miss one of the following installments?
    CETELEM will contact you to find a solution to the non-payment. If an agreement cannot be reached, they will refer the case to their legal team to take appropriate action. They may also report the non-payment to credit bureaus and debt collection agencies, if necessary.
    Is it mandatory to pay with a credit card?
    Secure payment with credit and debit cards (VISA and Mastercard) as well as e-wallet cards is possible.
    How do I pay if I don't have a credit card?
    This support is for purchases with a card. If you are unable to make the purchase online, you should contact the support email at [email protected] and indicate your situation. They will inform you of the possibility of payment via bank transfer, separate from the online store website.
    When will our child receive the device we purchased?
    The purchase made will be sent to the school on the agreed date with the school. Please refer to the section: Purchase and delivery date of the devices.
    When will I be charged for the purchase made?
    In the case of a single payment, the total amount of the purchase will be charged at the time of placing the order. In the case of financing, the amount corresponding to the first installment of the purchase will be charged at the time of placing the order.
    When will I receive the invoice for the purchase?
