Prices and Payments

All prices on our website are in € (euros) and include the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT). We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Payment will be processed at the time of purchase through the Redsys platform. We accept all major credit cards and we also offer a financed payment option in collaboration with our partner financial institutions.

Delivery

The devices will be delivered on the date agreed with the corresponding school or educational center. All relevant information about delivery dates will be specified in the description of the purchased product. We promise to do our best to meet agreed delivery dates, but we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. In the event that delivery is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we will contact you to inform you of the new estimated delivery date.

Warranty and Returns

Todos los equipos ofrecidos tienen garantía con daños accidentales por parte del fabricante. Las reclamaciones de garantía se gestionan siempre a través del colegio. Regarding returns, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to request a refund or exchange. Please note that products must be returned in their original packaging and in resale condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
